Stan Swider is a massage therapist certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, certified in Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, and licensed by the State of North Carolina #3784. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

He also obtained his Lymphatic Management Certification from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and uses his training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to treat cancer patients.

Stan received his BA from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. He then studied at State University of New York at Brockport where he earned a Masters Degree in Education and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Administration.

Sharon Southwood, Acupuncturist

Sharon has dedicated herself to learning and practicing both Oriental Medicine and Western Natural Medicine. She encourages her patients to consider complementary therapies like acupuncture as a way to reach their highest level of living potential. This potential includes being healthy, pain-free, and physically and emotionally balanced.
